Women’s Alliance, Inc. is a Cincinnati-based nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women through education, leadership, and opportunity. For more than 60 years, we have supported students as they pursue higher education through scholarships, mentorship, and community engagement.

Women’s Alliance was founded to address barriers that limit access to education for young women. Our work is guided by the belief that education opens doors to leadership, independence, and long-term success.

We provide scholarships to high school seniors, mentorship from accomplished professionals, and leadership development opportunities to help young women achieve their full potential.
